Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in our Glen Burnie, MD and Charlotte NC. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, showcasing products and services, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting consultations with clients to understand their remodeling needs, preparing quotes, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Collaboration with the team to achieve overall company goals will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and conducting sales presentations
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of exterior remodeling or construction is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a bonus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
