Responsibilities
- Manage the cafes’ daily meal service, events, operations, finance, and catering.
- Oversee catering arrangements for meetings, events, and dining services.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
- Maintain café satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings, initiate improvements as necessary.
- Provide strategic leadership by hiring, training, and developing staff, managing work schedules, and creating and retaining a cohesive team of associates.
- Assist with special corporate projects or events as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Over 6 years of experience as a food service manager, general manager or chef manager.
- Exceptional culinary skills in diverse cuisines, menu development, and efficient kitchen management.
- Excellent customer service skills with daily interactions with customers and clients.
- Strong understanding of employee and client relations.
- Preferred experience in corporate business dining, restaurant, or general food & beverage.
- Experience in hotels, corporate dining, education services, or large convention facilities is advantageous.
