Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new recipes including breads, cakes, cookies, and specialty desserts.
- Cake and pastry decorating.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Presenting new developments to clients and staff.
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
- May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Formal training, coupled with well-developed culinary abilities and an innate desire to bake.
- Must possess creativity and time management skills.
- Strong oral and communication skills to execute presentations to clients and staff members.
