R&D Data Control AssistantLocation: Tracy, CAStatus: Full-Time | Non-ExemptSchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM (Occasional OT based on pilot/trial needs)About the RoleAmerican Custom Meats is seeking a detail-driven R&D Data Control Assistant to support our Research & Development team by capturing, validating, and maintaining accurate formulation and product data. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all recipes, specifications, and trial documentation are organized, accurate, and audit-ready.
