Qualifications:
Must Have:
- 2-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
- Professional level of oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of lead process and ability to actively engage with all leads.
- Excellent phone personality with strong articulation skills and the ability to connect effectively with senior guests.
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality.
- Competitive nature with a passion for uncovering new booking opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong computer skills and effective time management.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
