What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver / Polishing Laborer position at American Concrete Concepts?
We are looking to hire Drivers/Laborers. Wages depend on experience.
This is a dual role. You will drive company trucks to job sites and then work alongside our concrete polishing crews. The position includes hauling personnel, equipment, and materials, unloading on site, and performing field labor with the team
Responsibilities
· Drive company pickups, vans, and box trucks to assigned job sites
· Load, unload, and stage polishing equipment and materials
· Assist the polishing crew with field labor, including surface prep, equipment moves, cleanup, and general labor
· Secure loads and maintain vehicles and equipment in safe working condition
· Follow direction from the crew lead on site
· Work early starts and travel to jobs as assigned
Requirements
· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
· Ability to perform physical work and remain on your feet for a full shift
· Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with moving equipment
· Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to take direction
· Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and complete standard new-hire paperwork
