You will support and enhance TM operations by handling setup, maintenance, and client support of treasury management products, online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, remote deposit, ACH, wires, positive pay and mobile applications. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients, and has understanding and experience with TM products and payment services.
Primary Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience: 2-5 years relevant experience (banking preferred), including at least one (1) year in treasury management.

- Responsible for new client setups and ongoing maintenance according to process and procedure within standardized timeframes for: online banking, mobile banking, remote deposit, bill pay, ACH, wires, positive pay, and the mobile banking apps
- Review TM teams' client setups and maintenance for accuracy
- Review daily TM reports
- Troubleshooting with clients, front-line and commercial bankers via phone and/or email.
- Complete daily function required for Positive Pay.
- Ongoing TM system cleanup
- Monitor ACH origination and reporting program
- Work with commercial bankers, CBA, TM Officer and TM associates to ensure client experience is functioning optimally
- Performs other duties and miscellaneous projects as assigned
