We are a growing commercial laundry company in Santa Maria looking for a reliable, motivated Route Delivery Driver to join our team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and like working independently while being part of a team—this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Load, transport, and deliver laundry products safely and on time
- Pick up soiled linens and deliver clean products to customers
- Assist with loading/unloading (bins up to 400 lbs using carts)
- Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently
- Review orders for accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Maintain delivery logs and required paperwork
- Operate delivery vehicles (vans, box trucks, etc.) safely
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, push, and maneuver heavy laundry bins
- Strong time management and reliability
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Route driving or delivery experience is a plus
