Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced TIG Welder and Fabricator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce clean, cosmetically appealing welds. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, works well independently or as part of a small team, and enjoys variety in daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on thin-gauge Titanium and Stainless Steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise fabrication.
- Execute accurate, high-quality welds that meet both functional and visual standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and maintain shop standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain an organized, efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication.
- Proven proficiency with TIG welding on thin-gauge Titanium and Stainless Steel.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication blueprints.
- Strong math and measurement skills.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
- Applicants must complete a brief welding test during the interview process.
