About the Role
As a Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer in our Lewes showroom, you’ll bring customers’ vision to life — from concept to final design. You’ll collaborate with contractors, architects, and homeowners, guiding each client toward products and layouts that meet their individual needs.
This role blends creativity, sales expertise, and project management — perfect for someone who loves designing beautiful spaces and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the showroom and present cabinetry, design options, and product solutions tailored to their project.
- Develop new business by building strong relationships with builders, remodelers, and trade partners.
- Accurately measure project spaces and prepare precise design layouts and orders.
- Work in 20/20 design software to create custom cabinetry designs.
- Manage multiple design projects and handle associated paperwork with accuracy and organization.
- Follow up proactively with customers, resolving questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Deliver the exceptional level of service ACM is known for — friendly, thorough, and solutions-driven.
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of cabinetry design and sales experience.
- Proficiency with 20/20 Design software and custom design capabilities.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to measure accurately and place precise cabinetry orders.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and TEAMS.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A dependable, detail-oriented professional with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license required; must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
