Customer Service & Inside Sales Coordinator

American Cabinet Corporation is a family-owned kitchen and bath design company proudly serving New England since 1971. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service & Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This is a multi-faceted role that combines customer service, administrative support, and inside sales. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers in the showroom and on the phone, while supporting our designers with order processing and project coordination. You’ll also independently manage smaller-scale projects from initial client meeting through final sale and completion.

Kitchen & bath industry experience and familiarity with Design Flex (formerly 2020 Design) are required for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Inside Sales:

1. Greet and assist customers in the showroom and over the phone/email
2. Support designers with client communication and follow-ups
3. Assist with inside sales and customer inquiries
4. Coordinate customer thank-you gifts
5. Manage smaller-scale sales opportunities from start to finish including:

• Client meetings
• Field measurements
• Creating designs in Design Flex
• Preparing quotes
• Coordinating projects through completion

Order Processing & Receiving:

1. Review orders for accuracy
2. Enter, process, and submit orders
3. Receive and verify cabinet deliveries against purchase orders
4. Manage purchase orders and receiving in our system
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience in the kitchen & bath or cabinetry industry is required
2. Familiarity with Design Flex (formerly 2020 Design) is required
3. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
4. Highly detail-oriented and organized
5. Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple priorities
6. Able to take initiative and work independently when needed
7. Dependable and punctual
8. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (occasional travel to job sites for field measurements)
9. Team player with a positive attitude
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

1. $24–$26 per hour (based on experience)
