Job Summary:
The Hoor overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining brand standards, and achieving financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott Hotels brand standards and procedures.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and revenue goals.
- Hire, train, and supervise hotel staff.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Working on Property Management System FOSSE
Qualifications:
- 5 years of hotel management experience.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
