What You’ll Do: 

• Provide individualized 1:1 support and skill-building through In-Home Supports with Training (IHS/SILS) services
• Assist members with daily living goals in a supportive, engaging, and community-focused environment
• Encourage independence through hands-on teaching experiences, community outings, recreational activities, and everyday life skills
• Transport members to appointments, activities, and community events using company-provided transportation
• Build positive relationships while supporting social engagement, confidence, and personal growth
• Work with multiple members throughout the week, creating a unique experience where no two days are the same
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for all members

What You'll Need: 

• Age 21 or older 
• Valid driver’s license and insurance 
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate mindset
