Direct Support Professional - IHS

Individualized Home Support (IHS) DSP Staff provide one to one supports to people living with disabilities in their homes and the community. Staff promote independence in people by focusing on achieving their personal goals. IHS Staff enjoy a variety of perks:

No personal cares/minimal medication administration
Work cell phone provided
Working with a diverse population in a variety of locations

A typical day will include 3-4 scheduled visits. Each person has different goals/interests and IHS DSPs guide them toward achieving those goals.

You Are:

Someone who shares SMB's core values: Dependability, Excellence, Personal Growth, Integrity, Compassion, and Team Approach

Over 18 with a High School Diploma or GED

Able to pass a criminal background check

Licensed to drive in the United States

Positions: Full Time 30-35 hours per week

Pay: $16.00/hour

Salary : $16
