- Support daily kitchen operations including sanitation, inventory, and food preparation
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 years of experience in a long-term care facility (LTCF), including diet textures and cooking
- Prior experience in cooking and food handling required
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
