- Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering engaging recreational, social, and wellness programs for residents
- Supervise and guide staff, regularly evaluating performance to support growth and effectiveness
- Enhance residents' lives through meaningful activities that promote well-being
- Work with residents across all care levels, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing
- Foster physical, emotional, and social wellness through daily programming
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- 2 years of experience in LTC, SNF, or healthcare setting required
- CTRS certification preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
