Responsibilities:
- Supervise flow of branch to ensure operating schedules, processes and procedures are met
- Focus on operation functions including sales, loss control, compliance, customer service and audit controls
- Coach and develop team
- Shares a team vision and fosters open communication with staff and is a positive role model for all employees
- Participate in planning and conducting of operational and service staff meetings
- Review existing procedures and recommend improvements
- Collaborate on rollout and implementation of new and updated processes and procedures
