What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately
- Open new accounts and help customers find the right banking solutions
- Build relationships and connect customers with products and services that fit their needs
- Answer questions, solve problems, and support branch operations
- Balance your cash drawer and assist with vault balancing
- Support teammates and help create a positive branch culture
- Follow security procedures and maintain customer confidentiality

Qualifications:Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications
- High School Diploma or recognized equivalent required
- 1 years of customer service experience required
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Experience in a professional financial environment preferred
- Cash handling and transactional experience preferred
