What You'll Do
Every day is a little different, but you can expect to:
- Welcome customers with a smile and provide exceptional service
- Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other transactions accurately
- Prepare cashier's checks and issue receipts
- Balance your cash drawer and assist with vault balancing
- Answer customer questions and branch phone calls
- Build relationships and connect customers with products and services that fit their needs
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive branch culture
- Follow security procedures and maintain customer confidentiality
- Occasionally assist at other branch locations as needed

Qualifications:
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications
- High school diploma or recognized equivalent required.
- 1 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in retail sales preferred.
- Experience in a professional financial environment is preferred.
- Cash handling and transactional experience preferred.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
Equipment/Software
- Ability to operate general office equipment, banking equipment, and banking systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
