As an Engineering College Co-op, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing and engineering operations through a combination of daily reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and project-based assignments.Job Description:
- Conducts time studies and cycle time checks.
- Creates performance-based reports
- Conducts delay studies to loss areas and help identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assists Manufacturing team with implementation of lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly department.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
- Pursuing a degree full-time at an accredited college or university, preferably in a Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering major.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, year-round.
