The School of Nursing seeks applicants for non-tenure track faculty positions beginning July 1, 2026. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in the candidate's area of expertise and providing service at the school, college and university levels. Housed in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, the School of Nursing offers a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner and Family Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Doctor of Nursing Practice. Required Qualifications
Position is responsible for teaching up to 15 credit hours per semester and providing service to the school, college and university levels. Teaching responsibilities may include engaging undergraduate nursing students through clinical experiences, simulation-based learning, and/or classroom instruction. Faculty are encouraged to bring creativity, mentorship, and evidence-based strategies to foster student growth and professional readiness.

- Unencumbered Georgia Registered Nursing license
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and learning
- A record of effective teaching appropriate to the applicant's career stage
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting
