Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for BSN and MSN programs
- Lead program development, curriculum design, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with CCNE accreditation and state regulatory standards
- Oversee program operations, assessment, and reporting
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty
- Support student recruitment, retention, and success initiatives
- Coordinate clinical placements and maintain healthcare partnerships
- Collaborate across the university and with external stakeholders
- MSN required; DNP or PhD in Nursing preferred
- Minimum 5 years in nursing education, including leadership experience
- Experience with multiple BSN delivery models (ABSN, RN-BSN, traditional)
- Demonstrated success in accreditation, program evaluation, and curriculum development
- Experience with online/distance education preferred
- Eligible for Montana nursing licensure
