SALARY INFORMATION
In compliance with New York’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000. Responsibilities & Duties
- Assists in developing the CNPH's strategic agenda related to the College's academic programs in alignment with AU strategic plan- Momentum 2.
- Consults with faculty and other communities of interest to make recommendations to accomplish the mission, goals, and expected programs outcomes.
- Initiates curricular innovations with faculty and other constituents as appropriate.
- Leads the accreditation team in the development of required reports for accrediting agencies for all programs.
- Collaborates on the accreditation process for all accredited programs.
- Work closely with the leadership team to explore opportunities for developing or enhancing partnerships, joint projects, and mutually beneficial academic initiatives.
- Collaborates to foster inter-professional education.
- Seeks external financial resources to accomplish the academic mission.
- Meets regularly with the school's chairs and program directors to monitor the academic programs they oversee.
- Doctoral preparation- PhD
- Scholarship and program of research sufficient to be appointed at the rank of Associate Professor.
- Graduate level degree (master's or doctorate) in nursing
- NYS RN licensure or eligible
- NP certification preferred
- Four years of relevant experience in academic nursing education in an administrative or leadership role
- A bachelor's and master's degree in nursing and an earned doctorate in nursing or related field.
- Progressive leadership experience in nursing education and curriculum development.
- Prior experience in CCNE accreditation processes.
- Experience in curriculum and new program development.
