Duties And Responsibilities
Program Administration
- Assist with daily nursing program operations.
- Support compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in planning, assessment, reporting, and improvement activities.
- Assist with collection and analysis of program data.
- Provide support and guidance to faculty and staff.
- Assist with faculty onboarding and development.
- Support student retention, progression, and completion.
- Address student concerns in accordance with College policies.
- Assist with clinical placement coordination and healthcare partnerships.
- Support clinical affiliation agreements and compliance requirements.
- Assist with budget planning and resource management.
- Travel between campuses and clinical sites as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing required.
- Two years of nursing education administrative or teaching experience.
- Current Florida RN license or eligibility for licensure.
- Three years of clinical nursing experience.
- Knowledge of nursing education and accreditation requirements.
- Knowledge of nursing curriculum and clinical operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and interpret data.
- Proficiency with office technology and learning management systems.
