What You'll Do
- Teach and guide students in classroom and clinical settings.
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum, teaching methods, and student outcomes.
- Serve as a role model and mentor for nursing students and peers.
- Engage in scholarly work, including research, publication, and presentation.
- Support student success and preparation for the NCLEX.
- Contribute to departmental and university committees and initiatives.
- Represent Manchester's nursing program in the community and professional organizations.
- Master of Science in Nursing (required).
- Active Indiana RN license (or eligibility).
- At least three years of academic experience at the baccalaureate level.
- Proven excellence in nursing practice and education.
- Evidence of scholarly and professional engagement.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
