Creative Director, Marketing (2026-11)
AAA-ICDR is looking for a Creative Director to own all visual brand expression—from high-impact digital assets to thought leadership reports. In this role, you’ll ensure every channel reflects a cohesive, premium creative vision aligned with the expanding AAA-ICDR brand.

The successful applicant will have a hybrid work arrangement, but must reside within a 125-mile radius of the AAA's headquarters located in Downtown Manhattan. The starting salary range for the position is $147,000 - $162,000, plus an annual incentive opportunity targeting up to 10% of the base salary.
Essential Functions
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field, with10 years in design or creative leadership, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

Essential Functions
- Oversee creative direction and production across social, site, packaging, marketing materials, and executive presentations
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Lead multiplatform creative, including video, podcast, and multimedia campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, GTM, business development, and product teams on creative storytelling of AAA’s core services and full suite of product offerings
- Partner with the Director of Content on copy and creative ideation
- Guide design standards and oversee vendor relationships to support best-in-class creative
- Utilize the latest AI tools and technologies to scale, amplify, optimize, and expand the impact of creative storytelling

- Experience leading design and multimedia teams
- A strong visual and storytelling portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), presentation tools (PowerPoint or Google Slides), and AI-powered creative and design tools (i.e., Canva, Adobe, CGPT, Gemini, PlayPlay, Figma)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to partner effectively with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams
