What You’ll Accomplish With Us
As an Analyst, Underwriting Support, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Place third‑party evidence orders, including Accurint, APS, domestic and foreign exams, labs, and MIB requests.
- Conduct proactive follow‑ups on APS and lab orders, including managing special authorization requirements.
- Run, review, and act on key underwriting reports to support workflow efficiency.
- Maintain workflow management systems by managing duplicate records, updating statuses, and ensuring accurate routing.
- Process, code, and reconcile vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies directly with vendors or leadership.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is known for their strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Stands out for their clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong research, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Is recognized for their ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.
- Has experience in life insurance operations, underwriting support, medical records/evidence ordering, or related administrative roles.
- Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves communicating with underwriters, supervisors, and internal partners on a daily basis.
