Press Brake Operator
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematics and analytical skills, along with expertise in blueprint reading and interpretation. Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret customer orders and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Review production schedules to determine required materials and resources
- Prepare and operate complex bend setups and forming operations on press brakes
- Modify and customize punch and die tools as needed for specific projects
- Program press brakes using all features, including bending at various angles, step bends, and back gauge transfers
- Ensure proper execution of bending sequences, delays, and tooling adjustments for complex projects
- Maintain safety standards and ensure equipment is operated correctly and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on finished parts to verify adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling, programming, and machine operation
