- The Airport Operations Planning team is the analytical engine that powers workforce & ground service equipment decisions for our airport teams. This highly analytical position leads a diverse team of analysts specializing in manpower modelling, frontline bidding, data collection, and financial forecasting.
- Our team works directly with operations leadership & various other departments to ensure the airports are provided with the right resources required to achieve our performance goals.
- The role is a part of the Airport and Cargo Resource Planning team within our Airport Operations Planning group.

- Lead a team of analysts responsible for developing and implementing frontline union bids
- Work closely with airport leaders as they make headcount decisions driven by schedule changes, peak demand seasons, flex dates, etc
- Get to know our airport leaders by spending time in their operation and being able to translate their needs via workforce tools & technology
- Provide team of analysts with structure, support, and most importantly, care
- Work collaboratively with other operational, airport, and customer planning groups to understand their staffing needs and constraints
- Assist other groups within Airport & Cargo Resource Planning with headcount forecasts that represent~$2B of annual expense
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Aviation, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience/training
- 5 years of experience in airline operations, finance, network planning, revenue management, or relevant experience
- Experience with GroundStar Planning or Hyperion financial systems preferred
- Superior presentation development & delivery skills
