- In this role, you’ll help shape the everyday experience of flight attendants and the customers they serve. As an Analyst, Inflight Standards, you’ll support inflight operations through data analysis, reporting, and documentation management—ensuring standards are clear, consistent, and easy to apply onboard. As part of the Inflight Standards Team, you’ll collaborate across the Inflight organization to drive compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement that directly supports frontline crews and the customer experience.

- Identifies business problems, outlines strategic options, defines success, and gains consensus among stakeholders
- Develops and delivers presentations for business cases and recommendations on key initiatives to Management, as needed
- Interfaces with a variety of internal functional areas including Airports, Flight Ops, Tech Ops, and for strategic and tactical decision-making
- Supports the development, maintenance, and governance of Inflight Standards documentation, policies, and procedures
- Tracks, analyzes, and reports on standards performance, compliance trends, and audit results to support informed decision-making
- Develops and delivers presentations, reports, and recommendations related to inflight standards for leadership audiences
- Assists with special projects, ad-hoc analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting inflight consistency and the customer experience
- Flexes to support additional tasks, including weekends or holidays, based on operational needs
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years related experience in similar analytical role(s)
- Prior administrative experience with Comply365 and Sabre - DECS/RES
- Experience using data retrieval and visualization methods such as Tableau
- At least 3 years experience in Flight Service, including 1-year experience as a Flight Attendant
- At least 2 years experience with Data Analytics
- At least 1 year experience with Recruitment projects and high-volume hiring initiatives
- Prior admin experience with Deputy, Smartsheet, Success Factor, and Webex by Cisco
- Knowledge of Flight Service Image Standards, Policies, and Procedures
- Highly creative and analytical, with demonstrated decision-making skills and ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights for far-reaching decision(s)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with varying due dates and importance across a wide range of constituents
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint); advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
- Ability to uphold Business Professional Standards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Highly skilled with verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Office skills are highly preferred
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Maintain and analyze data reporting
- Provides coaching as appropriate and when necessary
- Strong analytical capability, including application of quantitative reasoning to resolve complex problems
