About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will prepare and process outbound shipments, ensure order accuracy, and coordinate with carriers to support on-time delivery to our customers. This position plays a key role in keeping production running smoothly and maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping documents (packing lists, bills of lading, labels).
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and packaging requirements.
- Schedule pickups and communicate with carriers (LTL, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
- Enter shipment data into ERP and shipping systems.
- Maintain organized shipping areas and follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (manufacturing preferred).
- Basic computer and data entry skills; experience with ERP systems a plus.
- Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
