Location: Pooler, GA ⏰ Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.Available Schedules: ✔️ Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday ✔️ Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ✔️ 4 Days On / 4 Days OffJob Summary The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for supporting warehouse and distribution operations by accurately receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.   Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase ordersAccurately record received materials into inventory systemsLabel, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locationsPrepare, pack, and stage outgoing shipments for delivery or carrier pickupLoad and unload materials manually or with material-handling equipment (training provided)Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as neededReport damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisorsMaintain accurate shipping and receiving documentationFollow company procedures, safety policies, and OSHA guidelinesKeep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsCommunicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and driversAssist with other warehouse and operational tasks as assigned✅ Job RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for 12-hour shiftsAbility to lift up to 25–40 lbs as requiredSteel-toe shoes requiredIntermediate English required (Bilingual preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyTeam-oriented with a dependable and positive work ethicComfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentEligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)Background check requiredPrior shipping & receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
