Part-Time Fine Art Teacher (K–12)
We are seeking a professionally trained Fine Art Teacher who is passionate about both art excellence and meaningful teaching for children.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured, skill-based art lessons (drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media)
- Teach students (ages 5–18) with clear progression in observation, technique, and creativity
- Help students achieve visible improvement and develop confidence in their artwork
- Provide specific, constructive feedback tailored to each student’s level
- Create a classroom environment where students feel supported, motivated, and proud of their work
- Prepare lesson plans and materials in advance (with curriculum support provided)
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality, consistent programming
Qualifications
- Formal training in Fine Arts (BFA/MFA or equivalent studio training strongly preferred)
- Strong foundation in academic drawing, painting, or classical/observational techniques
- Experience teaching children or teens (studio, school, or workshop setting)
- Ability to break down complex skills into simple, teachable steps
- Passion for helping students grow, not just complete projects
- Responsible, organized, and professional in communication
Nice to Have
- Portfolio demonstrating strong technical skill and artistic depth
- Experience with portfolio preparation (AP Art / competitions)
- Background in animation, illustration, or design
- Experience teaching different age groups with differentiated instruction
