Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within an assigned territory. This role requires regular travel to customer locations, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that provide value-based solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events as required.
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license (Work vehicle provided)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency, Quickbooks training onsite.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Pass a pre-employment Drug Screening.
Preferred
- Previous outside sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
