We’re looking for an experienced Senior Escrow Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their files, communicates confidently with lenders, and enjoys helping build a high-performing team.

This position is ideal for someone who wants more than just another escrow desk. As our company continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibility and leadership for the right individual.

What You’ll Do

• Manage residential refinance transactions from closing preparation through funding.
• Prepare, balance, and finalize Closing Disclosures (CDs).
• Coordinate closing schedules with lenders, borrowers, signing services, and mobile notaries.
• Work directly with lenders to satisfy funding conditions and closing requirements.
• Ensure files are accurate, compliant, and ready to close on time.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and clients throughout the closing process.
• Resolve closing issues quickly while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with title processing, title examination, and post-closing departments to ensure a smooth closing experience.
• Help improve workflows, increase efficiency, and support a collaborative team environment.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for teammates by sharing experience and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of escrow closing experience.
• Strong residential refinance experience.
• Experience balancing Closing Disclosures independently.
• Thorough understanding of lender funding requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to embrace new processes and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Qualia.
• Multi-state refinance closing experience.
• Experience coordinating nationwide mobile notary closings.
• Experience mentoring or training other escrow professionals.
• Leadership experience is a plus but not required.

$63,000 - $69,000 annually, based on experience.
