Position Purpose and Objectives

In this role, you will develop and execute a regional collection strategy designed to drive positive donation growth. Success will be achieved through expanding collection sites, strengthening site retention, maintaining cost controls, and ensuring operational excellence. Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop team members (Drivers, Helpers, and Trailer Attendants) to achieve donation goals and uphold brand standards.
- Create and manage team schedules to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.
- Recruit, coach, and develop staff by clearly communicating expectations and motivating high performance.
- Manage performance by recognizing achievements, providing constructive feedback, and administering progressive discipline when necessary.
- Develop and maintain an effective logistics network to meet regional goals while ensuring asset integrity within database systems.
- Analyze donation network performance to identify opportunities for route optimization and operational improvements.
- Conduct statistical analysis of donation data to support strategic route development and product allocation decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with store operations teams to drive overall organizational success.
- Promote public awareness of the organization’s supported charity partners.
- Ensure daily operational areas maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet production goals.

- Successful completion of background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen.

Physical Demands:

- Mostly regular and weekend hours, occasionally working evenings and holiday hours as needed.
- Working environment includes inside of building with semi- controlled temperatures and outside conditions with varying weather and temperatures.
