Bartender
Location: Jay, OK (On-site) Type: Seasonal/Year-round, Part‑time & Full‑time
Overview
Join AOA Park’s hospitality team and elevate guest experiences at our restaurant, bars and lounge. We’re seeking a polished Bartender to craft cocktails, uphold high service standards, and support our brand of hospitality that transforms and delights. Hours of service will be 8PM to 2 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Mix and serve beverages (beer, wine, signature cocktails) with speed and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, compliant bar environment and effectively manage inventory
- Deliver friendly, engaging service and recommend beverages based on guest preferences
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision
Qualifications
- 1 year bartending experience; hospitality training a plus, Able License preferred
- Proficiency in cocktail preparation and bar operations
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Must be 21 ; available for evenings, weekends, and events
Compensation: $8–$12/hr tip pool; competitive benefit options during peak season
