Role Description
Daily Responsibilities of Inside Sales Manager includes:
Meet and greet customers as they enter our design center and familiarize them with the AHP
building process.
Call warm leads to set sales/design appointments.
Cultivate our lead base for the purposes of converting prospects into sales.
Assist the building consultant to maintain a smooth transition through point of sale, lending and financing, colors and selections, home construction start and beyond.
Maintain and update the design center for the latest product and color selections.
Assisting in the process of obtaining all necessary documentation to expedite the closings.
Work with lenders to expedite the loan process closings, answer phones, manage lead database, manage/organize sales contract files, maintain territory map, and other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications
A successful candidate must possess a strong work ethic, extraordinary people skills and maintain a high level of organization with strong attention to
detail.
Outgoing, Friendly, Personable disposition.
Experience should include:
2 years of prior banking/lending experience.
Previous Home Sales/Mortgage experience is a plus!
Natural ability to connect with people.
What ever it takes attitude with ability to work interdependently with a small team.
