Job description:
- Provide accurate detailed estimates for all projects by utilizing Quick Measure, Sage Estimating and Homefront software
- Approve subcontractor and material invoicing
- Work directly with individuals in the field offices as well as the other departments of the Corporate office to provide support
- Monitor and report on construction variances and job margin reporting
Job Qualifications:
- 3 years residential construction estimating or project management experience (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to read and understand residential blueprints
- Self starter with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Sage-Timberline/Homefront estimating experience is a plus
- A construction or business oriented degree is preferred
- Strong work ethic, detail oriented and energetic
- Strong organizational skills
- Servanthood attitude
