Role Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our Building Center. In this role, you will work directly with clients, Sales Managers, and Project Managers to ensure a smooth transition from point of sale to home construction.

Key Responsibilities
- First Impressions & Client Relations: Greet visitors entering the Building Center, answer incoming calls, and introduce potential homeowners to the America’s Home Place building process.
- Lead & Appointment Management: Call warm leads, qualify prospective buyers, and schedule sales/design appointments for Sales Managers.
- Sales Support & Pipeline Coordination: Assist clients through financing/lending steps, plan revisions, color/selection choices, and pre-construction preparations.
- Building Center Operations: Maintain an organized, welcoming design center with updated sample displays, brochures, and client intake documents.
- Cross-Department Communication: Serve as a bridge between the customer, sales team, and production team to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years of customer service, sales support, or administrative experience (experience in residential construction, real estate, or home design is a major plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Organization: Highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable learning sales management software/CRMs (Oracle).
- Mindset: Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Schedule: 5 day work week, rotating Saturdays. Sundays off.
