Job Title: Media Buyer

Job Description: Looking for a result-driven person to coordinate and manage advertising budgets for various sales offices throughout the company.

Job Duties:

• Help offices determine what type(s) of advertising to pursue. Including short-term and long-term planning of professional ad placements, community service donations, events, promotional items, etc.
• Negotiate for best pricing and advertising placement.
• Create advertising Purchase Orders.
• Submit finalized monthly budgets for management approval.
• Reconcile Invoices to Purchase Orders and submit them to Accounts Payable for payment.
• Consult with local offices about ad content and frequency of design changes.
• Submit ad design requests to the internal design team through an online request system.
• Assist the Marketing Department as a whole with group projects as well as backing up other team members when they are on leave.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes and new ideas.
• Contribute to team efforts by clear and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in media buying and planning
• Strong negotiation and purchasing skills
• Proficiency in advertising sales and marketing strategies
• Knowledge of market research and analytics
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and execute advertising campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
