Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris.
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth workflow
- Help with the installation of basic structures such as framing, drywall, or flooring under supervision
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently following safety protocols
- Perform general site cleanup and ensure work areas are tidy and hazard-free at all times
- Support project teams by performing miscellaneous tasks as directed to keep projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites is advantageous
- Reliable transportation to job sites and punctuality are essential
