America’s Car-Mart is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant General Manager to support the overall leadership and performance of one of our dealerships. This role partners closely with the General Manager to drive sales performance, support collection processes, manage inventory, control costs, and help create a positive experience for both Associates and customers.

- Help maintain the dealership lot, facilities, and vehicle inventory in accordance with Company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping Associates deliver the same level of service.
- Build customer relationships that support repeat business and affordable payment solutions.
- Use reports and dealership data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan, assign, and support Associate work activities to help achieve dealership goals.
- Assist with cash accountability, vendor management, and daily operational responsibilities.
- Ensure Associates follow Company policies, procedures, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Support a positive, productive, and ethical work environment.
- Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
