c. Presents information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as lecture, group discussions, simulations, team exercises, and skills-practice.
d. Uses technology to deliver or enhance training objectives, including, teleconference, video conference, videos, iPad, Apple TV, webinars, etc.
e. Assists in evaluating training outcomes and implements changes as needed to meet objectives.
f. Maintains training resources, materials, technologies, and training rooms.
3. Assumes responsibility for the efficient and effective performance of branch personnel.
a. Ensures branch personnel are properly trained to perform assigned duties in accordance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
b. Answers branch personnel’s questions and assists with solving teller, account, and loan problems, and acts as a resource consultant.
c. Conveys, clarifies, and ensures branch personnel consistently implements membership and lending policies and procedures.
d. Monitors the quality of lending services and makes recommendations for improvement.
e. Works Official Family Membership requests.
4. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with department and branch personnel, and with management.
b. Recommends and administers policies and procedures to be utilized in training programs.
c. Completes reports, records, and measurements on training outcomes to management as requested.
d. Attends meetings as required.
5. Assumes responsibility for maintaining professional business relations and ensuring superior member services.

Qualifications:
Required Knowledge:
Responsible for assessing, coordinating, and delivering training programs for branch personnel through in-class instruction and by distance learning strategies and technology. Responsible for the regional training needs and programs to include: new employee orientation and teller career path training. Ensures branch frontline staff perform in accordance with credit union standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. Represents the credit union in a professional manner and completes miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Training/Education/Certification:
- High school graduate.
- Additional business and financial coursework preferred
- Lead Teller Certified
- Completed phases 1-3 of Loan training
- Management in Motion graduate
Required Knowledge:
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Proficient in TellerPro and LoanPro
- Understanding of online learning or distance learning technologies – such as webinars
- Understanding of training and development processes
- Thorough knowledge of credit union loan services, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Understanding in sales model and training program
- Understanding of alternative solutions to credit problems
Experience Required:
- Two years branch operations experience to include:
- Teller
- New Accounts
- Lending
- Supervisory/Leadership experience
