We will train you for success!Qualifications:Self-starter mentality and ambitious in natureExcellent communications skillsPrior, extensive supervisor experienceAbility to solve problems and implement innovative solutions in a variety of situationsComputer proficiency and strong mathematical skillsAbility to prioritize and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience mediating conflict in the workplace.Available to work flexible hours and weekends including overtime as neededAcceptable driving record and valid driver’s licenseBasic knowledge of, and interest in, automobiles is a plus.Compensation: $40,000 to $55,000 (Base salary Monthly Bonus Opportunities)You will have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses based on dealership Sales and Collections goals.Manager in Training Responsibilities:Receive training and perform duties in several departments such as office, service, collections, sales, and inventory management.Learn lot level staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.Set and monitor performance goals with upper management.
