Emergency Services Director

Looking to hire a Director of Emergency Services that provides direct patient care to critically ill adult patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. As the Director of Emergency Services you will be responsible for the overall operation and direction of patient care in the Emergency Care setting.

• Registered Nurse licensed to work in the state of Kentucky.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in the Emergency Services.
• Department Operations experience i.e. budget.
• Experience in staff development and continuing education initiatives.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required one month from hire date.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) six months from hire date.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) six months from hire date.
