What You'll Need
- Active SLP license in the state of assignment
- CCC-SLP preferred (or required by state/contract)
- Compliance with professional practice standards
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB screening and health certificate (if required)
- Meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
