School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

- Competitive hourly rate, Starting at $80 /hour (DOE)

Responsibilities
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K–12 students
- Conduct speech-language evaluations, assessments, and reassessments
- Develop IEP goals, accommodations, and service recommendations
- Address articulation, phonology, expressive and receptive language, fluency, voice, pragmatics, and functional communication
- Support student access to curriculum and classroom participation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, progress reports, and service logs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
- Travel between assigned school sites within the district, as needed
- Support implementation of classroom strategies, accommodations, and communication supports
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates may be considered, if applicable)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Ability to manage a full-time K–12 caseload
- Availability for 37.5 hours per week for the 2026–2027 school year
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for site-to-site travel
