We are hiring multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students in the Princeton, WV area for the upcoming school year. These are in-person, school-based roles providing evaluation and therapy services to K-12 students. Ideal candidates are collaborative, student-centered, and passionate about helping children develop strong communication skills.
About the Role
As a School-Based SLP, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations.
- Provide direct therapy services aligned with each student's individualized treatment plan.
- Document services accurately and promptly in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals.
- Follow all professional, ethical, and school-based standards of practice.
Minimum Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in West Virginia (required)
- Will take newer grads who have completed their fellowship
- CCC-SLP preferred; will consider non-ASHA certified candidates
- CPR certification, if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable
- Current health certificate, per contract/state regulation
