Special Education Teacher – School-Based | 2026–2027 School Year
Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers to support students in a K–12 school setting for the 2026–2027 academic year. Under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator, you will deliver high-quality instructional services, implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate closely with general education staff to drive student success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver specialized instruction and targeted academic interventions
- Provide individual and small-group support for students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, compliant documentation
- Foster inclusive classroom environments that support student growth and success
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local education regulations
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred)
- Valid state teaching certification in accordance with district and state requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated adherence to professional and ethical standards
- Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
